Location
Our office is located on the eighth floor of the 5673 building on the campus of St. Joseph's Hospital between MARTA and the hospital. Use the main entrance to the hospital and veer left. Take the first right and the building is on your left.

Appointments
To request an appointment, please call (404) 255-5595 or click on the Requesting an Appointment link. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.

Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of different HMOs, PPOs and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.
